We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed daily for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Public parking is close by. Please allow extra time during peak hours, and bring change or a card for metered spots.

To make the most of your visit, please bring:

• A government issued ID
• A list of your medications, including supplements
• Your current and previous glasses, including sunglasses
• Contact lens boxes (even empty ones) or your previous contact lens prescription
• The name of your contact lens solution
• Your insurance information

Most contact lenses arrive within about five days of ordering. Prescription glasses may take up to 14 days, depending on the prescription and availability. Orders placed with insurance can take longer, since some plans require contracted labs. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready.

When an appointment is missed without notice, another patient loses the chance to be seen. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

A no-show or late cancellation fee of $85 applies and cannot be billed to insurance. If two appointments are missed or canceled without 24 hours notice, we may be unable to schedule further visits.
