Dr. Kathleen Phan completed her residency in ocular disease and primary eye care at the Sierra Vista Veteran Clinic, and is experienced in managing complex eye disease.
She makes sure every patient understands their condition and that their individual visual needs are met. Off duty she hikes with her German Shepherd and bernedoodle and hunts for new foods.
