Great glasses depend on accurate measurements: pupil distance, fitting heights, frame angle and wrap. We take the time to get these right, then adjust the finished frame to sit comfortably and evenly on your face.
How long it takes
Prescription glasses may take up to 14 days, depending on the prescription and availability. Orders placed with vision insurance can take longer, since plans may require the order to be sent to a contracted lab. We will let you know as soon as your glasses are ready.
Warranty and adjustments
Frames and lenses purchased with us include a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects. We are always happy to adjust glasses purchased from us during the warranty period.

My new glasses feel strange. Is that normal?
Yes. New glasses, especially progressives or a significant prescription change, can take days or weeks to adapt to. If something still feels wrong, come see us.
Can I use my vision insurance?
As an open access provider, we can help you seek reimbursement from most vision plans, and we participate with VSP. Our team will help you review your benefits.
Can you fill a prescription from another doctor?
Yes. Bring a current, valid prescription and our opticians will help you choose frames and lenses.
